The In School Success Program envisions a school where students strive to attain academic achievement, where parent, teacher, and community involvement are strong, and where positive relationships between students and teachers are valued and maintained. ISSP also envisions students demonstrating positive decision making skills, conflict resolution skills, and resistance to substance abuse.
To receive services:
Individual Counseling

We would like to see each individual school that utilizes the ISSP program have less disruptive behaviors in students by the end of the school year and an increase in positive attitudes towards school and the learning environment.

As part of our commitment towards improving the lives of the children in Guyana, the Haynes Foundation will partner with the Ruimveldt Children’s Home and Care Centre (RCHCC) under our helping orphans program.
Over the next several years we will be focusing on social services for the children and supporting staff, habitat, education, mental health counseling and training and life skills for the children.
We are pleased to be apart of improving the lives of these children and look forward for your support and cooperation.
As part of the partnership assistance agreement, we ask that the Ruimveldt Children’s Home and Care Centre open a line of communication with the Haynes Foundation to meet the needs and have an impact in the caring for these children.
We will require progress reports on the children and how our donations are making a difference at the Ruimveldt Children’s Home and Care Centre. Reports are not limited to progress reports, but pictures, videos and letters from the children themselves.
The children are unquestionably benefited from this help and support, but volunteers and leaders are also benefited and changed as they make a difference in the life of a child in need.
